It has come to Wawanesa Insurance’s attention that David Tortos of 3Ds Tortos Construction Corporation has been providing clients with fraudulent information in regard to home warranties, claiming Wawanesa supplies home warranty coverage for homes built by 3Ds Tortos Construction Corporation.
Please be advised that Wawanesa is not associated with, nor provided warranty coverage to, 3Ds Tortos Construction Corporation.
To ensure the protection of the public and those that may have been affected, Wawanesa has reported this instance of fraud to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC).
