Hang tight while we review
Our talent acquisition team will review your application along with our hiring leaders. We'll let you know if you're moving to the next step in the process or not. If selected, further screening from our talent acquisition team or hiring leaders could occur through email or over the phone.

Get ready for an interview or two
At the interview stage, we provide virtual or in-person options for interviews. If you require any accommodations, please let our team know by emailing jobs@wawanesa.com.

Review and accept your offer
After interviews are conducted, we move into the offer stage. This is where you'll hear from the talent acquisition team with your verbal and written offer, and also receive your personalized statement that breaks down all the components of the total rewards package you'll receive, including benefit, pension, wellness information and more.
If you are not selected for an offer this time around, our team will let you know. We encourage you to look for opportunities to stay connected for future opportunities.

Background checks
Once you accept your offer, we will initiate the background check process. This includes verifying your past and/or current employment, conducting a criminal record check, and reviewing government sanctions lists to confirm eligibility to work in the financial industry. Depending on the position, additional checks (such as a credit check) may also be required.
