Wawanesa’s score of 879 (on a 1,000-point scale) is 26 points higher than last year, 35 points higher than any other insurer in California, and 3 points above the next ranked auto insurer nationally. Notably, Wawanesa’s increased levels of customer satisfaction represent the highest levels of customer satisfaction ever recorded for the company in this industry leading study .
