Owners Comprehensive Policy
Apart from a unit's contents, Condominium Unit Owners Comprehensive Policy covers the cost of improvements you have made. It carries complementary coverage for the building's structure, should the insurance carried by the members of your syndicate prove to be insufficient.

Water Shut-Off/Leak Detection Alarm System
